Coaches

Offer your activity. Vinga does the bookings.

You run your activity; families book and pay you directly. There's no dashboard: you manage dates, bookings and messages over WhatsApp with Vinga's assistant.

Is this you?

  • You run sports, music, art, cooking, tutoring or something else for kids.
  • You're registered as a business (autónomo, company or similar).
  • You have liability insurance and can get a Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual.

Step by step

  1. Talk to Vinga. Write to hello@joinvinga.com. We talk about your activity, then the Vinga team sets you up.
  2. Upload your documents. You get a link for your ID, your Certificado (issued in the last 12 months) and your liability insurance. You also give your NIF or CIF and confirm the business is registered.

  3. Connect Stripe. Families pay into your own Stripe account. You're the seller.
  4. Create your activity over WhatsApp. Tell the assistant about it: title, ages, place, prices, packs, free trial and dates. It shows you a preview, and you confirm before anything is published.

  5. Families book. You get a message for each booking. On the morning of each session you get a summary of who's coming, their ages and anything you need to know.

The same rules for everyone

  • In an emergency you call 112, stay with the group and call the parents straight away.
  • Kids go to the toilet before the session; you don't leave the group during it.
  • Arriving and leaving are arranged between you and the family, as they set it at booking.

What it costs

  • First year free, from the day Vinga approves you.
  • From the second year you choose: 10% commission on each payment from a family, or €10 per month plus 5%. You can switch every month.
  • Families pay no Vinga fee. Stripe's own fees are part of your Stripe account.

Vinga is independent. Schools do not organise, supervise or endorse the activities, and Vinga is not run by any school.

We keep your name, email and role, and a copy of the emails, for 90 days; after that only a coded form of their address. Details in the privacy policy.
