Parents
You'd like Vinga at your kids' school.
You can't set it up yourself, but you can start it: the school decides, and Vinga does the rest. Once the school is in, you book activities for your kids and pay the coach directly.
Is this you?
- Your kids go to a school that has no Vinga site yet.
- You'd like more activities near school: sports, music, art, cooking, tutoring.
- You know who to ask at the school: the office, the head or the parent council.
Step by step
- Suggest it to the school. Send the message below to the school office, the head or the parent council, or use the form at the end of this page and we email them in your name.
- The school decides. If it wants Vinga, it names one contact person, often the office or the parent council. Vinga sets up the community site and checks the coaches. The school doesn't organise anything.
- You get a message from the school. It has the link to your community's Vinga site and the access code to register. The school forwards it; Vinga wrote it.

Example screen with demo data - Register and add your kids. With your name, email, WhatsApp number and the access code. For each kid: first name and age, and health notes only if you want the coach to know.

Example screen with demo data - Book. A single session, a pack or a free trial when the coach offers one. You say how your kid arrives and leaves.

Example screen with demo data - Pay the coach and get reminders. Payment goes through Stripe straight to the coach. You get a WhatsApp reminder the day before.

A message for the school

Hello, I came across Vinga (joinvinga.com), a booking platform for in-person activities for kids near school, run by independent local coaches. Vinga checks each coach's ID, Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual and insurance before they can publish anything. For the school, the only task would be forwarding a few prepared messages to families. The school doesn't organise or endorse anything and shares no data. This page explains how it works for schools: onboarding.joinvinga.com/school/ Would you be open to having a look?
Questions parents ask
Is this a school activity?
No. Vinga is independent. The school does not organise, supervise or endorse the activities, and receives no data from Vinga. Each activity is the coach's own offer.
Who are the coaches?
Independent local coaches and studios, registered as businesses. Before a coach can publish anything, Vinga checks their ID, their Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual (renewed every 12 months) and their liability insurance.
Who do I pay?
The coach. Payments go through Stripe straight to the coach, who is the seller. Families pay no Vinga fee.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel in My bookings at least as many hours before the session as the coach's cancellation window (shown on each activity) and you get your money back, or the session back into your pack. If the coach cancels a session, you get your money back (or the session back into your pack). If the coach moves it, you choose between the new time and a refund.
Is there a free trial?
When the coach offers one: once per kid per activity.
What are packs?
A pack is a set of sessions at a lower price. You buy it first and then book dates with it. Pack sessions never expire and work for every kid in your family, for that activity.
How do kids get there and back?
You arrange it with the coach. At booking you say whether your kid arrives and leaves alone or is dropped off and picked up.
What are the safety rules?
In an emergency the coach calls 112, stays with the group and calls you straight away. Kids go to the toilet before the session starts, because the coach does not leave the group during the session.
Who sees my data?
After a booking, the coach sees your first name and your WhatsApp number, and your kid's first name, age and arrival arrangement. Health notes are shown only if you agreed to it when you entered them. The coach never sees your kid's last name or your address. The school sees nothing.
The access code has changed. Do I need the new one?
Only to register a new account. Existing accounts keep working.
