Parent councils and class reps

When the parent council passes it on.

Some schools prefer the parent council or the class reps to forward Vinga's messages. You don't write anything: Vinga prepares each message, you forward it to your groups.

Step by step

  1. Agree it with the school. The school decides whether to have Vinga and names who forwards the messages. If you want to propose it, send the school this page or use the form below.
  2. Tell Vinga your channels. Which WhatsApp groups, newsletter or app you use, and in which languages.
  3. Get the messages ready to forward. Vinga sends each message a few days before it is due, already filled in with the link and the access code.

  4. Forward them unchanged. Each message keeps the line that the school does not organise or endorse the activities. Questions from families go to hello@joinvinga.com.

What you don't do

  • You don't organise the activities or recommend coaches.
  • You don't collect any data about families.
  • You don't answer for bookings or payments. Vinga and the coaches do.

Vinga sends the school's contact each message ready to forward, a few days before it is due, in the languages the school uses. Below with example values.

We're passing on information about Vinga, a booking platform for in-person activities for kids near school: guitar, drawing and cooking and more. The activities are run by independent local coaches.

Before a coach can publish anything, Vinga checks their ID, their certificate from the Spanish sex offenders register (Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual) and their insurance.

You book and pay the coach directly. Coaches can offer a free trial session.
