What Vinga means for a school.

Very little work. The school forwards a few prepared messages to families, a few times a year. It organises nothing, supervises nothing and receives no data. Vinga runs the site, checks the coaches and handles bookings and payments.

Step by step

  1. Talk to Vinga. Write to hello@joinvinga.com. We explain how it works and answer your questions.
  2. Name one contact person. The office, someone in the team or the parent council. Tell us the channels you use (WhatsApp groups, email newsletter, school app) and the languages.
  3. Vinga sets up your community's site. For example yourcommunity.joinvinga.com. It names the school only to say whose community it is, never uses your logo, and says clearly that the school isn't involved. Families register with an access code that changes from time to time.

  4. Vinga checks the coaches. Every coach's ID, Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual and insurance, before they can publish anything. If something doesn't fit your community, tell us and we'll look at it.
  5. Your contact forwards the messages. Vinga sends each message ready to forward, a few days before it is due. You forward it unchanged.

  6. Families book and pay the coach directly. The school sees no bookings, gets no data and has no role in the activities.

What the school does not do

  • It doesn't organise, supervise or endorse the activities. Each activity is the coach's own offer.
  • It doesn't share any family data with Vinga. Families sign up themselves.
  • It doesn't choose or approve coaches. Vinga checks and approves every coach. If something doesn't fit your community, tell us and we'll look at it.
  • It doesn't handle bookings, payments, complaints or emergencies. Families and coaches deal with Vinga directly.

Vinga sends the school's contact each message ready to forward, a few days before it is due, in the languages the school uses. Below with example values.

We're passing on information about Vinga, a booking platform for in-person activities for kids near school: guitar, drawing and cooking and more. The activities are run by independent local coaches.

Before a coach can publish anything, Vinga checks their ID, their certificate from the Spanish sex offenders register (Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual) and their insurance.

You book and pay the coach directly. Coaches can offer a free trial session.

Vinga is independent. Schools do not organise, supervise or endorse the activities, and Vinga is not run by any school.
