Teachers and staff

You'd like Vinga at the school where you work.

You can suggest it to your school. If the school agrees, its only part is forwarding a few prepared messages to families. Nothing changes in your job: the activities are not school activities.

Is this you?

  • You teach or work at a school.
  • Families ask you about activities after school, or you see kids who'd like more of them.
  • You want to suggest Vinga to the head or the office, without taking on extra work.

Step by step

  1. Talk to the head or the office. Send the message below, or use the form at the end of this page and we email them in your name.
  2. The school decides and names a contact. Usually the office or the parent council. It can be you, if the school asks you; then you forward Vinga's prepared messages, nothing more.
  3. Vinga sets up the community site. A site of its own, for example yourcommunity.joinvinga.com, with an access code for families. Vinga checks and approves every coach.

  4. Families book and pay the coach directly. The school sees no bookings and receives no data.

A message for the head or the office

Copy it into an email or a chat. Change anything you like.

Hello,

I'd like to suggest Vinga (joinvinga.com) for our families: a booking platform for in-person activities for kids near school, run by independent local coaches. Vinga checks each coach's ID, Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual and insurance.

For us, the only task would be forwarding a few prepared messages to families, a few times a year. The school doesn't organise, supervise or endorse the activities and shares no data.

How it works for schools: onboarding.joinvinga.com/school/

Could we talk about it?

What stays the same for you

  • You don't supervise, organise or promote the activities, even when they take place near the school.
  • Every message keeps the line that the school does not organise or endorse the activities.
  • If a family asks you about a booking, point them to hello@joinvinga.com.

Vinga is independent. Schools do not organise, supervise or endorse the activities, and Vinga is not run by any school.

Send this to someone

Know someone who should see this? We send them one short email in your name, with a link to the page that fits them. You get a copy.

We keep your name, email and role, and a copy of the emails, for 90 days; after that only a coded form of their address. Details in the privacy policy.
